1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Creator," or "you") and Revault HQ LLC ("Revault HQ," "we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Alabama.

By accessing our website at revaulthq.com, creating an account on app.revaulthq.com, submitting any credentials or personal information, or paying for any subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Revault HQ provides account monitoring and recovery assistance. We do not and cannot guarantee:

Account reinstatement decisions are made solely and exclusively by Meta Platforms, Inc. Revault HQ has no control over, and no ability to influence, Meta's internal decisions regarding account status. Our role is to prepare, organize, and submit your best possible case — the outcome is entirely outside our control.

By using our Services, you expressly acknowledge and accept that you may pay for our Services and still not recover your account. This is the nature of the service, and no refund will be issued based on an unsuccessful recovery outcome.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVAULT HQ LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

All credentials and sensitive information stored with Revault HQ are encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest and transmitted via HTTPS. Access to your vault is logged with timestamps.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no security system is impenetrable. You acknowledge that:

By storing recovery information with us, you grant Revault HQ permission to access that information solely for the purpose of providing the Services described herein. You may revoke Revault's access to your Instagram account data at any time through your Instagram account settings. Revoking API access will disable monitoring features but will not automatically delete your stored data. To request data deletion, contact support@revaulthq.com or visit revaulthq.com/data-deletion.html.

You agree not to use our Services to:

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Good Faith Reliance

Revault HQ acts solely in good faith and exclusively based on the information you provide. We do not independently verify account ownership, account history, identity, or the accuracy of any credentials or information submitted to us.

If any information you provide is false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent — whether intentionally or otherwise — all liability for any resulting harm, loss, or legal consequence falls entirely on you. Revault HQ bears no responsibility for outcomes that result from acting on information you represented as accurate.

By using our Services, you agree that Revault HQ's reliance on your representations is reasonable and that you have no claim against Revault HQ for acting in accordance with what you told us.

Revault HQ offers subscription-based Services billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing:

Refund requests will not be considered unless submitted to support@revaulthq.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Any refund issued is entirely at the sole and exclusive discretion of Revault HQ management and does not establish any precedent or obligation for future refunds.

11. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.

By Revault HQ: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, provide false information, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination: Your stored data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services involve interaction with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook). You acknowledge that:

Revault HQ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, changes to Meta's API or platform policies, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, pandemics, or any other event outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event. No refund or credit will be issued for service interruptions caused by Force Majeure Events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revault HQ LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Contact us at support@revaulthq.com before initiating any formal proceedings.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Revault HQ.

Statute of Limitations: Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action accrues. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred, regardless of any longer limitations period that may apply under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revault HQ LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

No verbal statement, email communication, social media message, or other representation by any Revault HQ employee or agent shall modify or supplement these Terms unless reduced to writing and formally incorporated into these Terms by Revault HQ.

19. Changes to Terms

Revault HQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Copyright & DMCA Policy

Revault HQ LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. If you believe that material available on or through our platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Designated Agent with the following information:
